How does pricing work?
Pick a plan by team size — Solo ($39, 1 user), Shop ($79, 5 users) or Crew ($99, 15 users). Extra seats are a small flat add ($6–$8), never a per-seat cliff, and it gets cheaper per detailer as you grow. No add-on tax, and DetailerOS never takes a percentage of your jobs.
Is there a contract or setup fee?
No. Every plan is month-to-month with no setup fee and no long-term contract — start on the 14-day free trial (no card required) and cancel anytime from inside your account.
Do you take a cut of my payments?
Never — DetailerOS adds zero payment markup and no add-on tax. Online card processing is on the roadmap; when it ships you’ll connect your own Stripe or Square so funds settle straight to your account at your processor’s normal rates. Until then you track deposits and invoice statuses, and nothing claims to charge a card it didn’t.
Do I need a new phone number?
No. You can keep your existing business number — we set up the missed-call text-back and two-way inbox on top of it (A2P registration handled during onboarding).
Does it work for mobile detailers AND fixed shops?
Both. Mobile crews get the route view, ETA texts, and missed-call wedge; ceramic/PPF shops get deposits, VIN-keyed coating records, and warranty tracking.
How fast can I go live?

Can I import from Urable or Mobile Tech RX?
Yes — bring your customers, vehicles, and job history in via CSV, and historical jobs won’t trigger stray review-request texts.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
