How does pricing work?
Pick a plan by team size — Solo ($39, 1 user), Shop ($79, up to 5) or Crew ($99, up to 15). Extra seats are a small flat add ($6–$8), never a per-seat cliff, and the per-detailer cost drops as you grow.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 14 days, no credit card required. Sign up, import your customers, and you’re running the same day.
Do you take a cut of my payments?
Never. DetailerOS adds zero payment markup and no add-on tax. Online card processing is on the roadmap; until then you track deposits and invoice statuses, and nothing claims to charge a card it didn’t.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Anytime. Upgrade or downgrade as your crew changes; cancelling simply stops billing at the end of your month. Month-to-month, no contract.
What counts as a user?
Anyone with their own login — owner, manager, front desk, or detailer. Each plan includes a seat range; you only add (and pay for) seats when you actually need them.
